Default getting no spark

Just changed the started motor. However, im getting no spark now. We changed the coil. It started once but then cut out. What else could it be?

have you took off, disconnected, or messed with anythin else?? or just the starter?

just the starter i believe mate. we switched the coils over from my mates ERST.

why did u switch them???? check both the green wires and the three wires in the dizzy

cant see why that would affect anythin tbh, theres no wires on the starter that would stop the spark,only an alternator feed and that shouldnt affect it,yr battery light would of come on if you missed that off,must be just co incidence mate,must be somethin else... distributor? how are you checking the spark? at the plugs or out the coil?
i maybe wrong but i think on erst,s if the dizzy has packed up you get no spark out the coil.. as the dizzy triggers the coil when you crank it over and not the other way round
