Default ex rst owner, some might remember it? [pics]

hey guys and gals newbie saying hi!
i used to own a rst a few years ago that was modified by myself

it was featured in fast ford and was on the fast ford stand at ford fair a few years ago (it also done the show circuit cant remeber the venues). i sold that and went the bmw route, had a e36 325 sport, then an evo vert and have now got a 328 sport. my mates just bought a series 1 and its got me clucking for a turbo again!! he pulled up outside my house and it was burbling away, i almost wet myself! lol.
ive been looking at peoples post and have especially enjoyed reading cliffs series 1 referb! wow, what a car!!
ive always missed my old turbo, nothing compares to the old torque steer, even when you've got a rear wheel 321hp m3! the escort was way more fun to drive!!! waaaar, tssssh!
so just wanted to say hi and i maybe back in a turbo soon!!

Welcome back

I also presume you sold your toolbox and lost contact with your garage as they also come hand in hand with owning a Ford, remember

it was mint when i had it, i dont what happened to it after i sold it!
i used to give that car a pasting and it loved it! i went through 2 gearbox's but the engine was rock solid, superb car, so easy to work on and it was a real head turner! i used to love going up southend in it and giving it large down the seafront!
cant beleive i got rid of it almost 5 years ago, how times flies ey!

my mate thats bought the series 1 gets his paddle clutch fitted soon so he's gonna take me for a spin once its done then i'll see if its worth me getting one then! its got an american tall block in it so it should be fun! the clutch in it at the moment is standard and almost new but the torque of the engine makes it slip, hence the need for a paddle! cant wiat to see what it goes like!

Cheers for the compliment on my car
I remember meeting you at the McDonalds where everyone used to go after Southend. On the A127 in the car park where Comets is?

Spoke to you too. May have had my black S2 then. It was along time ago.

Was a real lovely car. Loved the colour. Stood out a mile
