Limit on a standard S1/S2 exh manifold ?
Reading Performance Ford mag, and there's a fiesta with a zetec turbo lump on this manifold and makes 355bhp...
Thought they was being pushed at 300
whats the worst that can happen pushing that power through it?

350 is the max power from the standard exhaust manifold, and the fiesta power run was done on a engine dyno so you can take away 20-30bhp

hopefully the manifolds i have sold will get many miles this year so we can see if they last and what failure so i can build them even stronger but i have had a m8 of mine help me out them as he runs a tunnings firm here in denmark and he has build lots of stainlees steel tubular manifolds with out any problems
