info about fitting coilovers on escort
hi i'm not sure about one thing when fitting a set of coilovers on an escort cosworth. i've heard that you need to do something to the rear panels! is it true and what exactly do you need to do! can someone give some info please!

also a trick i used on a customers car once was to hold a bit of plywood where your hitting it with the hammer....that way it doesnt leave nasty gashes where the hammer heads hit the underseal/paint exposing bare metal.
Failing that make sure you paint or underseal it afterwards.
If your unsure on what needs hitting then I can take a pic for you...I have the rear chassis of a sierra propped up at the back of the garage, if you need a pic pm me and i'll send you one.
