Default Sierra 2.0- 2.9 v6

Hello!
I need advice with the swap.
s far as I've heard and researched, I need to buy the following things.
engine, engine wiring, scorpio ecu, v6 type9 gearbox and clutch, flywheel and pressure basket.
Do I need anything else?
What do I have to consider? Is everything plug and play? And maybe someone has already survived it and can give advice. All information is useful!
Thanks!

If you look at the Cars for Sale section of Passion Ford there is a nice Sapphire which has been for sale with a V6 conversion. Loads of photos and maybe you could contact the guy who was selling it to get some information.

Also make sure you get the starter motor, alternator, power steering pump and cooling hoses. For the gearbox you’d better get a MT75, it’s quite a bit stronger and shifts nicer than a T9.

You do need a prop shaft that goes with a MT75 box. The diff (is that what you mean with rear axle?) does not need to be changed.

Depending on what engine you have now you might also need a different fuel pump. The 2.9 uses an electric fuel pump and a return line, just like the 2.0i dohc engine.

You can use a prop shaft from a 2.0 dohc, as that has an MT75 as standard.

That prop shaft is a direct fit, no need to modify it.
