You do need a prop shaft that goes with a MT75 box. The diff (is that what you mean with rear axle?) does not need to be changed.

Depending on what engine you have now you might also need a different fuel pump. The 2.9 uses an electric fuel pump and a return line, just like the 2.0i dohc engine.
