Hi,

looked through the search but found nothing. Any ideas where I could find Focus RS Mk1 service manual?

Or at least schematics for vacuum lines? We have a Focus RS in bits and want to put it back together...

Yes as the version usually being sold on CD is Jan 2004.

There isn't really any difference between standard Focus Zetec and RS Focus on the impulse (Vacuum & Pressure) lines on the inlet manifold. The large lines to brake servo, PCV, Charcoal Canister have one way valves in them. Small lines to fuel regulator and CC solenoid do not. Only extra line is the MAP upstream (?) of the TB.

Boost control.

The FRS has an amal valve and there is 3 pipes into it. One goes to the air intake hose, one from turbo compressor and one to the actuator. Its all on the TIS disc
