on monday i took my xr2i for a mot it passed but i realised i had a airlock but i was so stupid and opened the water tank and water went everywhere the 1st couple of times the car did not start it later started and i tested this 3 times 2 day i wanted to wash my car but it would not start please help me!!!!!!!

 

WD40 on all the electrial connections might help

Try the coil pack, ignition leads. Take the spark plugs out and check them as well.

Remember to dry the excess WD40 off or it might not work

Not saying it'll definately work but the WD40 should get rid of a lot of the damp on the connections
