help and advise really
i was a really big lad up until a few years ago when i was aged 18 and weighted nearly 20 stone! i went on this grazy diet and went down to 14.8 stone in 6 months i just stopped eating basiclly( i no its not right) i stopped the diet when i black out after not being able to shake of a cold.
Now aged 25 and weight 16.9stone i want to lose weight again but this time properly and keep it of im over 6ft tall and dont look really fat but its always in the back of my head. its coming up to the summer and would love to weight under 13stone
I dont really want to be in the gym 24/7 and not after being a body builder just a slimmer build
Help and abvise would be greatfully recieved.

Cut out the bad foods. Chocolate, crisps etc. Limit them to every now and then. 3 nights a week of 45 minutes cardio and you should see a difference. Never skip breakfast.

I'm 6ft2 And 19stone. (Lost just over half a stone in 2 weeks!)
I eat plenty of chicken and veg. Cereal for breakfast. And I've cut out beer, and have the odd one at the weekend.
I do 35-40minutes a day on my Bike, then come home and do some weights.
Feel great already, and I never knew how much I'd depend on my iPod but it gives me lots of motivation!
