Default help please, diet and supplements

ok, i finally went to the gym earlier, with friend and i loved every minute of it, although i can just about type this as my arms have gone numb lol

basically his mate just showed us round and gave us a few tries on what to do

we did 20 mins on cycle machine, 10 on sking machine and treadmill to warm up first

then we hit the weights just doing basic exercises with dumbells and going ona few machines just mainly working the top half


now, im gona stick at this and go in tomorrow and pay monthly to use the gym constantly

so im gona need some help with the best way to plan my weeks out on what to do

also supplements and diets, whats best to take before trainning,,after trainning etc

if anyone can help me id be gratefull, im only a small chap wighing in at 9 stone lol but this is due to illness with my stomach, but im starting to put weight on whcih is good

id appricate some help and advice please

i keep it simple with the right diet, altho godzilla has given me a ton of advice and would be the go-to man imo,

anyway back and bi's, shoulders and legs, chest and tri,s. abs everyday is everyday for me.

i was smack on 11 stone when i Pm'd zilla, im now close to 12 in 3 weeks.

it can be done and when i get my target level i'll be posting pics!

Plenty protein and carbs each day

Chicken,tuna,pasta,rice,veg,spuds etc etc etc.

I have each day

Breakfast

2 Shredded Wheat and skimmed milk
Banana
Toast with butter and cup of tea

Lunch

3 eggs scrambled with 4 slices of toast

Mid Afternoon

Protein bar or 2

Tea

Cup of pasta
2 tins Tuna mixed with light helmans mayo
Half cup of frozen veg
Quarter cup of frozen sweetcorn
4 slices of toast

Mid Evening

2 peanut butter sandwiches
Protein bar or 2
Protein shake

Bedtime

Last 2 diabol's with half a protein shake 30mins before bed

Thats a basic day for me sometimes more gets consumed sometimes less depends how i feel lol

Try adding protein shakes into your days like maybe 1 at lunch and 1 30mins before training and 1 within 30mins of finishing training or protein bar after finishing whatever is easier

Loads and loads of supp's you can take but we all need to know your goals really before we can help with that side of things

ok thanks

im trying to get some weight on, but want to bulk up at the same time

im 9.5stone at the min but want to get bigger

what supplements is it worth getting, i have a holland and barreett shop is it? near me, so can get protein drinks from there, but what is it i need

do i need creatine or whey? as i havnt a clue lol

All these will put serious mass on with a good diet and training.You could also include other things once your happy with weight like Thermobol as a cutter to cut out excess fat (PM Godzilla as you WONT get cheaper Thermobol anywhere!!) and loads of other things but as a start one of the above would be good
