i keep it simple with the right diet, altho godzilla has given me a ton of advice and would be the go-to man imo,
anyway back and bi's, shoulders and legs, chest and tri,s. abs everyday is everyday for me.
i was smack on 11 stone when i Pm'd zilla, im now close to 12 in 3 weeks.
it can be done and when i get my target level i'll be posting pics!
