help please, diet and supplements
ok, i finally went to the gym earlier, with friend and i loved every minute of it, although i can just about type this as my arms have gone numb lol
basically his mate just showed us round and gave us a few tries on what to do
we did 20 mins on cycle machine, 10 on sking machine and treadmill to warm up first
then we hit the weights just doing basic exercises with dumbells and going ona few machines just mainly working the top half
now, im gona stick at this and go in tomorrow and pay monthly to use the gym constantly
so im gona need some help with the best way to plan my weeks out on what to do
also supplements and diets, whats best to take before trainning,,after trainning etc
if anyone can help me id be gratefull, im only a small chap wighing in at 9 stone lol but this is due to illness with my stomach, but im starting to put weight on whcih is good
id appricate some help and advice please
