Planning a routine
Ok can anyone help me plan a routine?
what are the best groups to do on the same day?
5 days a week or 3 days?
How many excerises per muscle group?

i would suggest you do chest and bis mon back and traps tue wed rest thurs quads and hams and fri shoulders and tris you dont want to do your pushing exercises together becuase you need rest between them to recover.hope this helps
