Default Getting/Entering into Concours.

I have a 1982 Mk1 Fiesta 1.3 GL which i only use for shows (i attended about 14 shows last year) & drove to each of them. The car is currently in having a few minor paint jobs done, having wheel arches re-painted in body colour, undersealed, suspension parts re-painted in original colours. My question is i would like to start entering it into Concours shows as once all the work is complete the car will be 100% mint,it's original & un-touched in all other ways. How would i go about entering?.
Any help would be great.

You need a frontal labotomy first so you can become totally obsessed to detail

failing that a history of suffering from OCD helps.......

I can sometimes be quite fussy, always wipe it down at shows as it gets dusty .Just think it would nice to win some awards with it as i'd like to think it's a good enough car, just need to get along to the bigger shows as apposed to local ones that i did last year.
