not played it online much but have finished the game.
i have got my bluetooth headset that i use with my phone set up with the ps3 and it connects with it. but when i play online in the free for all i can't hear any voices through it but i can hear them through the telly? is there something i need to do to put the voices to the headset?

I cant hear people through mine, its ment to be like that or you would have it comming out the tv and headset

how do you talk to other people then? or do's it only work when you are doing a group fight?

All communications are through my headset when its switched on, all other sound is through my amp/TV, no idea why this differs from Daves. Must be a simple setting.

I have in the past had problems with the PS3 picking up the headset, i've found that by deleting the pairing and then pairing them again it tends to work fine. Good luck sorting it.

checked in the ps3 settings and it shows it as connected. should it come up with a symbol or anything when it is turned on?

hmmm, no speaker at the side of my name,very strange. any ideas? wrong sort of headset? allthough in the ps3 settings it does show it connected

there is a setting on the ps3 menu, in the same place as where you connect/pair up a bluetooth headset, which lets you choose between the sound coming through the television or headset, have it coming through the headset... otherwise you will be like 99.9% of the headset wankers on COD4 online getting feedback from the tv speakers into their microphone
