there is a setting on the ps3 menu, in the same place as where you connect/pair up a bluetooth headset, which lets you choose between the sound coming through the television or headset, have it coming through the headset... otherwise you will be like 99.9% of the headset wankers on COD4 online getting feedback from the tv speakers into their microphone
