ram Q
neither, id get 2 sticks of a gig, to make 2 gigs.
No point filling up your precious ram slots with weedy little 512 jobs
if you want to upgrade to even more at a later date you'd be throwing the 512's in the bin to make room for bigger sticks.
Just an idea, but 2 gigs you would notice a huge improvement

mate im just wanting to do my ram cause ill be getting a new comp next mines a year and a hafl now so a year to go but ill think about it whats the price of ram these days
depends on the spec of your bourd, is it 184pin or 240pin? what speeds does it support?, how many slots does your motherbourd have? as if theres only two you can't put a gig and 512 in they have to match.
