MINT S2 ERST for sale! Grab a bargain!
Black series 2 Escort RS Turbo, D plate 1986, mileage 86812, 5 owners, 1 months road tax, 12 months MOT passed with no faults, no rust or ever seen a welder, spec of engine is at stage 1 + a 2wd Cosworth intercooler modded to fit. It is also fully 90 spec with loads of added extras like an electric sunroof, rear green tint opening quarters, and A pillar pod and gauges etc.
Engine
•Chipped ECU TurboSystem’s unlimited boost chip.
•Pipercross cone filter.
•Magnex stainless steel exhaust system
•Blue Samco boost pipes.
•Bailey oil breather.
•Bailey dump valve.
•Bleed valve.
•2wd Cosworth intercooler.

The engine was bought off a well known user of passionford.com the old owner said the engine was rebuilt 20 thousand miles ago, which is nothing on a standard spec ERST engine, with new pumps etc, but I have since taken it apart to make sure everything is ok before I installed it into the car.
The engine was as said by the previous owner a perfectly working engine, the pistons, bores, block, head, valves, cam, turbo were in good condition, as I had the head off I got the head checked and skimmed and fully rebuilt with new stem seals, head bolts, headgasket, all inlet and outlet gaskets, sump gasket, new timing belt, new fan belt, new ford thermostat, 2wd Cosworth fan switch, and temp sender, new timing belt tensioner, block has also been painted dark blue, all parts used were original ford items so the engine is as good as new again. I obviously did the standard service on it too e.g. new oil, oil filter, fuel filter, and antifreeze when the engine was put back together again there are absolutely NO oil leaks on or around the engine something which is uncommon on RST’s lol the car drives unbelievably smooth. The car since the rebuild has been parked up but started on regular occasions.
Exterior
•Standard Black colour, the car had a complete respray two years ago with windows and body kit removed then painted, all panels are original ford parts.
•Rear pop out windows just like series 1 in very rare green tint.
•Smoked rear clusters.
•Clear front and side indicators.
•Original ford front headlamp covers.
•Standard series 2 alloys with brand new Goodyear front tyres and yoko’s on the rear.
•Rear lock has been upgraded to a safe lock.
•Delocked doors.
•90 spec rear spoiler.
•90 spec front bumper.
•Chrome Escort RS turbo badge on boot lid.
•Car has been fully Waxoiled underneath.
Interior
•Full 90 spec interior, NO rips or marks or sagging the interior is MINT.

•Ahmed Bayjoo spec steering rack clamps, help reduce bump steer.
•ALL front bushes have been replaced with new ford items including suspension tops.
Security
•TOAD alarm, with shock sensors, can add remote start and window lift to this alarm.
•3 point immobiliser with transponder on keys.
The car has been in the family for over 6 years, including 1 mechanic, and has always been well looked after and had tons of money spent on it which there is a huge folder of receipts to prove. I have most of the MOT’s and road tax’s since the car was made.
There is nothing this car needs therefore i am asking for £2900 ono

Mint S2 you had there hardeep i had a mint 90 spec grey s2 which i sold last month i live in hayes but dont remember seeing your s2 around would have been nice to see it
