Well it's definately going now after a lot of humming and harring!!!
2.1 zvh engine
Omex 600 ecu (antilag, water inj, launch control, data logging etc)
Cat1 remote alarm/immobilser
Low comp mahle pistons

2.2 audi turbo injectors
Bailey Oil breather
Samco hoses
pro alloy front mount intercooler

hybrid t3 with .48 exhaust housing

BRAND NEW Quaife ATB Gearbox (CTS STAGE 2+)
Quickshift
Vibratechnics engine mounts
Magnex Stainless exhaust with centre box removed
Fully stripped out with safety devices roll cage
Front and rear strut braces
Component speakers all round
Lowered suspension on koni shocks
5” autometer tacho, oil temp, oil pressure, boost and ACT gauges
Greddy Turbo Timer
4 point LUKE harnesses (aircraft style not the shite buckle!)
16” Anthracite mondeo si alloys brand new tyres

recently resprayed and restored (filler cap panel replaced etc)

Anti-lag is setup to be mild; but sounds like a shotgun!! and just driving it normally it pops and bangs beautifully!!! Press the magic button tho and all hell breaks free
Power to weight is insane and as some of you know its in stg3 cos territory easy :Q

One of the quickest fiesta's around at the moment! Featured in Performance Ford the spec list is huge so read on...!
I bought this car about 8/9 months ago and am now having to get a more sensible car for work reasons! Nearly all these mod's have been done within the last two years.
Almost everything on the car has been uprated and improved and the whole package works extremely well with a lot of very applyable power!
It's currently running around 255bhp with 290lb/ft through the front wheels. Thanks to the Quaife ATB it grips remarkably well and contrary to what you would expect it doesn't just become a scrabble wagon after 3k!!!
The gearbox is a brand new (< 100miles) CTS stage 2plus box, which is the best you can buy and to this day has never been broken by anyone!! For details and an idea of how much this cost take a look on www.gearboxman.co.uk ! Also worth mentioning is it has a Quickshift linkage which makes gear changes very smooth and positive.
The engine is a ZVH (zetec bottom end, CVH head)...the bottom end is a Burton Power 2.0L zetec block bored out to 2100cc with low comp pistons etc. The head is stage 3 with Kent cam.
It's currently running 17psi through a stg3 hybrid T3 but can happily run more (has been run @ 21psi with no problems but not suitable for road use!!). Attached to this is a grpA cosworth K&N filter as you can see in the pics! BIG!
For cooling there is a Pro-Alloy intercooler with twin Kenlowe's and sat behind that is a GRS alloy rad. Cooling has never caused me any issues at all so this setup clearly works very well!
Stopping is taken care of by 4x4 Cossie brakes. Suspension is Koni Adjustable's with front and rear strut braces, and polybushed throughout. Wheel's are anthracite 16" 5-spokes wrapped in nearly new 195/45/16 rubber.
The interior as you can see from the picture's is mostly stripped out, but not to the level where it becomes deafening and uncomfortable! The original seats are still in place as I find buckets too harsh for road use generally! It has a safety devices rear cage & LUKE aircraft harnesses, the rear is stripped as are the door's and floor.
It has boost, act, oil pressure and oil temp gauges along with a 5" tacho with programmable shift light. Also has a GReddy turbo timer with loads of trick features!
Now for the best bit - the engine management! It is running an Omex 600 ECU, with so many features it's not worth listing!! Read here! The engine was mapped by Engine Advantage's in Essex and all settings can be adjusted in car with a laptop connection. (Map + software with car) It is currently setup to run water injection and anti-lag.
Anti-Lag is mild but does make a hell of a noise, think shotgun!!! So be warned, don't switch it on around people, especially those in uniform
Bodywork has been done about a year ago, fuel cap sorted etc. and a full respray (bodywork looks amazing, really shines!) Please note, private plate not included - it is on a H-plate and has 1.6 RS Turbo on the logbook.
The only problem with the car is the valve stem oil seals have started to go (common CVH problem!), so it can be a bit smokey on a cold start. These are a few quid from Ford and a DIY job - may be done by the time the car goes time pending!! **NOTE : Now done

that looks lovely mate, but not really looking to have one that mint I did that with my last s2 now I want a car I can enjoy but not worry about the paintwork etc!!

right, made my mind up now - back up for sale!
Good news is:
Gearbox is now replaced with a brand spanking new CTS Stage2+ (£££ ouch
) so now the box is basically indestructable 
nothing else has really changed as its been off the road....oil/filter change thats about it!
Price now though is £6,000 - will PX

Ballin you may want to editr your origanal post at the top m8 as it still says about the box and old price just a thought as i saw it and thought shame still not fixed just a idea thoe m8 might get more interest

Glad you got the 'box sorted the proper way matey, shame it's still going though 
I just realised I've spent about £900 on my car this year and it hasn't turned a wheel! These cars aren't about value hey, but still...it can get a bit annoying shelling out and not driving them sometimes. Good luck selling

Good luck selling just not practical enough anymore for me now though - and can't really justify running 2 cars again, been there and done it and its just too much £££ on insurance to be worthwhile!
And an everyday car this is not
