Do these fit without rubbing ?
What is the best tyre size ?
Will 300mm discs fit behind them ?

ANY pics of Sierra's of any kind with these fitted would be appreciated

Mark

Do these fit without rubbing ? Yes
What is the best tyre size ? 215-40-17
Will 300mm discs fit behind them ? i doubt it, brake clearence behind them sucks, 2wd hubs are a bit better than 4 thought i think.

ANY pics of Sierra's of any kind with these fitted would be appreciated

i had just fitted new pads to mine, and had to run spacers on the front as they caught the calipers (mines 2wd)

Thanks for the info and pics.
Has any one managed to squeeze in 300mm discs with the sliding single pot caliper rather than 4 pots ?

They should fit fine over 300mm, I had these on with 300mm focus st170 conversion single pot calipers with no problems

Finally got myself a Sierra and new set of 7 spokes

Car is lowered on coil overs, will I get away with not rolling the front arches ?

Still waiting for the 215 40 17 tyres so have not tried them on yet.

EDIT... just checked and the car has 4 pots, don't suppose 300mm discs will fit with these ?

Mark

They wount fit a 2wd :-( ...a friend of mine got a brand new set of 17" and put brand new tyres on them (215/40x17") a set and they did not fit and now the wheels are just sitting a corner as they sits to far out when using spacers ... so take care and mesássure corect before you get new wheels !

Pic of my Sierra with the wheels fitted, 215/40/17 parada's

I did a massive bodge just to get a pic of them fitted (plywood wheel spacer )

I really do not like wheel spacers of any kind and may end up fitting sliding single pot calipers.
