Default Which oil and spark plugs for stg3 saph

Which oil and spark plugs for stg3 saph would people recommend?

I was going to use a 10w-50 for the oil but not sure what brand to get as I have heard some being better than others and vis versa.

Also what spark plugs would people recommend?

Thanks

defo NOT castrol RS, silkolene pro s is a very good oil, and for plugs i'd use motorcraft agps071c, approx Ł12 a set and very good plug, slight more epensive would be the denso iridium at Ł60 , these are very similar quality wise to the motorcraft but will outlast them loads

all available from stu@msd

Right I have looked at the guide and it says that the 4x4 saphs should use Iridium Power VK20PRZ11 but as it isnt a standard cossie and I will be upgrading to greys soon, do I go for the following or would this just be overkill?

Iridium Power VK24PRZ11
Iridium Power VK27PRZ11

071's seem best value for money and performance is good for 600bhp, but i've never used them.

i use Morris 10w/50 fully.

think you will find any fully 10-50, 10-50, 15-40 etc etc will be fine, But dont go lower than 10, and higher than 50.

for god sake dont use 10w 60 castrol rs its only for racing as the oil is so thick it will make your car rattle like a bitch stick with 10w40 magnatec and change every month
