defo NOT castrol RS, silkolene pro s is a very good oil, and for plugs i'd use motorcraft agps071c, approx £12 a set and very good plug, slight more epensive would be the denso iridium at £60 , these are very similar quality wise to the motorcraft but will outlast them loads

Right I have looked at the guide and it says that the 4x4 saphs should use Iridium Power VK20PRZ11 but as it isnt a standard cossie and I will be upgrading to greys soon, do I go for the following or would this just be overkill?
