hi peeps first time ive posted in this room so here goes


im considerig putting a turbo onto a 2ltr zetec engine what would i have to change in order to acheive this can i get away with not changing the internals what inlet would i have to use etc cheers 4 reading any help will be gratefully recieved

simple cheap build

arp bolts on con rods.
2.5mm de comp plate.
std metal inlet found in fiesta/escort e.t.c.
std erst manifold can fit many other turbo s with t3 flange (drill+tap to head or buy conversion plate.
200 sx injectors fit right into rail.
modded sump-fitting welded in for turbo return.

most inportant decent remapable ecu.

i am using mega sqiurt ecu this is diy but works a treat
i can get them all built up and tested for £275 all you have to do is wire it up,simple wiring
