No battery light in s2 dash????
hi peeps,
the battery light on my clocks don't come on, its been happening for a few days an thought nothing of it. But today the battery went dead whilst driving the escort s2 out my drive in the morning.
The bulb in the clocks is fine, also the blue signal wire is still attached to the alternator aswell.
I figure the signal wire may have broken somewhere along the lines. Which way is it likey to come up to the back of the clocks, and is the wire i'm looking for coloured blue? as i have found a blue wire that goes to the back of my clocks and the wire on the alternator is also blue.
How can i just wire up this blue wire again, is it simply run direct from the alternator straight to the back of the clocks???
cheers guys, hope u can help
