CONDENSATION COOKED MY FUEL RELAY, EVEN NOW I HAVE A NEW ONE IT WONT FIRE THE FUEL PUMP.
IF I BYPASS THE RELAY BY BRIDGING THE RED WIRE AND THE REDNBLACK WIRE OF THE RELAY WITH A PEICE OF WIRE IT FIRES THE PUMP AND THE CAR STARTS.
THE RELAY I HAVE NOW IS A NEW ONE, IM NOT SURE WHAT WIRES GO ON WHAT SLOT OF THE RELAY TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM LIES THERE OR ME PUMP/LOOM

i see......condensation u say...? how did u come to that conclusion? theyre pretty pants to be fair, they always cook, i could smell mine when i was driving down the road so i stopped, the relay and loom were ready to catch fire.
right well the way its bridged will work, but thats a permenant feed meaning u have to unplug it everytime u stop
if ur pump works bridged it wont be that, it will be a wiring a fault, unless ur brand new spanker ford relay is faulty (i doubt it very much) does it prime for the couple of seconds like they do when u turn the ignition on?
i can tell u the wires which go to the relevant terminals shortly, check ur new relay has numbers in the plastic by the pins....

ummmmmmmm.......ok let me have a quick play and ill get back to you.
it sounds like the switched feed from the igniton barrel isnt getting to the relay, if u can have a quick check no fuses are gone....might find a fuse has popped.
ill get back to you very shortly with some suggestions
