i see......condensation u say...? how did u come to that conclusion? theyre pretty pants to be fair, they always cook, i could smell mine when i was driving down the road so i stopped, the relay and loom were ready to catch fire.

right well the way its bridged will work, but thats a permenant feed meaning u have to unplug it everytime u stop

if ur pump works bridged it wont be that, it will be a wiring a fault, unless ur brand new spanker ford relay is faulty (i doubt it very much) does it prime for the couple of seconds like they do when u turn the ignition on?

i can tell u the wires which go to the relevant terminals shortly, check ur new relay has numbers in the plastic by the pins....
