Makes it sound easy, doesn't he!?
Didn't mention that they should be thoroughly degreased, all old loose paint/lacquer removed ... and putting on lacquer is tricky .. loads of thin coats.
It runs so damn easy.

I would think that would be obvious to degrease them first
It is easy if you know what your doing if you don't then that makes it hard job to do

I remember reading somewhere that you shouldn't put any paint where the wheel nuts meet the rim to make sure they don't undo themselves when driving.

Not sure how much of it is true, it kinda makes sense, but I would have thought the paint would peel off quite quickly when the nuts are done/undone.

Not sure if this helps, but it could

Yep .. correct .. no paint on the seats.

... and Anthony ... You'd be surprised at how many do them with the old silver wheels stuff, after a quick rub down, mate.

I have been working on cars for 30 years ish .. and it ain't easy to do them properly.

Your right there alot of people do just spray over the old paint in a rush to get them back on the car and it don't take long before it starts to come off so if your going to do it do it properly or they will look sh*t if you rush the job
