does anyone know how much power i can get out of my s2 rst before i have to upgrade my internals cheers

well you can make 170bhp by a simple chip upgrade and -31 actuator to hold the boost,then maybe either a kent or piper cam for longer duration( the time the inlet valves are open) and then a uprated intercooler like a pace 50% larger one or the new front mounted ones with one or two fans at this point you should see around 190ish,after this you will want to go for a hybrid turbo as the original t3 will stop at 16psi you will see just over 200bhp , i would then strongly advise you then start looking at low compression pistons arp con rod bolts etc........

thanks for that was just wanting to know for piece of mind because its already got minor mods exhaust,filter,bleed valve etc... not had chance to see any rollers yet though.

if i were you tho id get rid of that bleed valve there a bit sketchy
