I got a another Escort RS Turbo and its kicking out in the region of 200BHP but i find that sometimes the revs go more higher than the car when i really put my foot down is this because the clutch is slipping. Its a standard clutch is this why its happening and also i find when i go pass the 4500 RPM mark the exhaust gives a screeching sound off and sounds like the car is wheel spinning which in actual fact its not. Any ideas?

bhp means very little when it comes to clutch choice TBH its the torqque that comes with it... if you are producing 200 BHP but are still on a standard turbo and dare i say intercooler/head etc then there isnt really going to be THAT much torque there! and hence i would use a standard (or mildly uprated) clutch.
if however you are producing 200Bhp and a lot of torque to go with it then yes a paddle clutch will be necessary! i have an A.P 4 paddle in at the moment but i think i will try the helix 6 paddle one next as the ap tends to wear quickly.

Oh to answer the question yes it does sound like the clutch (or the clutch in the LSD) is buggered.
