My Dad has a Radtec WRC/RS500 size on the Cossie. The car was run up to 160 mph during live mapping and it coped well at 33 psi keeping temps down. I don't have exact figures cos I can't remember!!

My FRST intercooler and rad are both from Radtec (got them through Matt at ML - they are also based in Cannock). The workmanship on them is top quality and all Radtec's intercoolers are pressure tested to 100psi.

Radtec is recommended by me 100%.

My mate has a Radtech I/C and rad on his S2;

The quality and finish is excellent And ti fits beatifully, the only single thing wrong with it is the bonnet release handle thing rubs the top slightly (so we bent his bonnet release handle thing a tad and solved the prob)

The thing I like with the Radtech one more than the GRS is it lets much more air passed to the rad, so no probs sitting in traffic on a stinking hotday...

And comparring it to another mate who has a GRS and similar spec/boost levels etc, it seems to do jsut a good a job as the GRS, and will be MUCH better than the Pace

No problems like that here!

Hoses fit straight on with no touching the rad either.

They must have sold you a reject!

RadTec have spent many many years building intercoolers for racing cars - and are starting to do some for the fast road market - they don't compromise the intercooler efficency for cosmetic appearance and you can be sure your intercooler will work very well and will not overheat the car either.

the front mount for the erst is 264 quid i think !! not a bad price !!!

The cores they use are proper intercooler cores and not radiator cores.

The MD was telling me how the GRS intercooler has boosted his sales of ERST radiators

end tanks looks pretty bad, I would not spend my money on those. Core might be good, bad to say because havent seen inside of it. But those endtanks could be much better designded.

edit: take a look at those for exsample, much better shapes in those endtanks

Yeah, but as said, they don't comprimise quality for cosmetic looks, so if you want summat that looks nice and don't do shit, buy a Pace ( )

My mates S2 (the blue one in the pics I posted up there) with the RadTech i/c and rad actually runs cooler than my 3i, which has no I/C blocking the rad and I have cut open bumper and he has std 90spec.... So can't be bad eh?
