As title says I'm planning converting my zvh to zetec before I put my cosworth management on is there a lot of work involved or just a case of head off new one on? Also any one run cossie management on there 1800 zetec turbo?

 

I would guess the zetec water pump will need refitting, the oil ways that were blocked for the cvh head will need unblocking and then it should be ok to rebuild as full zetec.
