HELP please,
i have a 54 plate tdci which is struggling to start every morning, Car cranks over but can take 2/3 times for it to actually start.
I have changed fuel filter, air filter,replaced glow plugs and checked they are working. when the car starts it sounds quite rough and shakes until it settles down.

When i turn the key to start the glow plug light goes off within 1 second while the others stay on for the allotted time.

The car has done 170k but when running it drives like it has only done half of this.

any help would greatly be appreciated.
