Default Another 1.9 cdti problem

Hi all after some advice if anyone can help on my 54 Vauxhall signum 1.9 cdti. It started with a little bit if black smoke the other day and then finally it went into limp mode and lost a lot of its power, it's bit in limp mode anymore but still no power. There are no fault codes present and iv done the following so far, removed inlet and blanked of the swirl flaps as there were scrap and has been for ages, cleaned egr still the same so changed that for another, split the exhaust before the dpf to see if that was blocked still the same. I have just checked the butterfly on the throttle body and that never moves so that's next to swap but wondered if anyone else has had and solved this problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

As above, keyway n the crank pulley breaks and the crank pulle spins slightly and knocks the timing out a little

Thanks il check timing on Monday. Has had timing belt done a couple of months ago. I did have fuel pump of earlier this week to do the inlet but left the belt/ pulley in place and pulled pump out from the back. Is there tools to lock the crank and cam up or just timing marks.
Thanks again

Theres a tool for the crank, mark on the cam, and pump doesnt need to be timed,
But the tools wont help, the crank moves inside the pulley so the pulley could time up properly and the crank inside has moved a little,
Strip it down and remove the big inverted torx in the middle of the crank pulley(LHT and very tight),
Once thats off you can visualy see if its cracked/broken

Had to use car just and the car has got considerably worse its completely gutless. If timing was out would it have not bent valves and would it get worse the more I use it. I quickly pulled turbo inlet of to check turbo and there's very minimal play there, so don't think it's the turbo. Will still check timing when I can.
