Theres a tool for the crank, mark on the cam, and pump doesnt need to be timed,
But the tools wont help, the crank moves inside the pulley so the pulley could time up properly and the crank inside has moved a little,
Strip it down and remove the big inverted torx in the middle of the crank pulley(LHT and very tight),
Once thats off you can visualy see if its cracked/broken
