not sure as when it boiled over i went to pull the bonnet and the cable has came off at latch! that pissed me off more than anything else! i think i blead the system with the bleed screw on the housing correctly, il check once bonnets open.

Sounds simple mate but r the fans spinning the right way ! I had twin fan cooler fitted and the fans were wired right! It over heated n boiled over! Required them n sorted it!

As above are the fans spinning the right way, also is thermostat opening closing correctly and final thing if you have an airlock remove lid on water tank, run engine so it reaches temp and have heaters on full blast and set to hot and use bleed screw on thermostat housing!

same as above regarding the way the fans should be spinning but also do you have the state fitted the right way round? failing that must be an air lock. was it fine prior to all that's been changed?
