The compression does not effect the starting?

It's not normal, and won't be low compression, unless its so low across all 4 cylinders, that the engines fucked. But it spuds like once it starts, it's fine?

Possibly look at how the ignition leads are routed, near any sensors like the MAP sensor perhaps?

Exactly that, it's going to be something to do with ignition or fuel, in addition are all the plugs etc in good condition?

after a long day tinkering i found 3 broken wires temp sender temp sensor and iscv also iv found the tps to be running 5v at idle and 2.4v wide open when i belive it should be 0v at idle and 4.5v wide open i believe the car is still running the 2wd tps as the ecu/loom are l8/4wd and i think this is causing my problem

You can't go by the colour, PF09 came in both, it's written on it what it is, the way you describe it to be operating, I suspect it is in fact a PF09!

Yes, PF09 if you are running L8, you have a 2WD loom, hence that power figure, therefore you need to invert the outer two wires at the TPS.
