You can't go by the colour, PF09 came in both, it's written on it what it is, the way you describe it to be operating, I suspect it is in fact a PF09!
Yes, PF09 if you are running L8, you have a 2WD loom, hence that power figure, therefore you need to invert the outer two wires at the TPS.
