Default MK4 Fiesta conversion (help) :)

hi guys im new to this so bare with me. i have a mk4 fiesta 1.4 16v with big end bearings gone. i cant be dealing with takin it out and fixing it bla bla bla. so im going ahead with the conversion of another zetec like the 1.7 puma engine. as its in my price range and will be doing the work myself (well my mates will be) if i buy just the engine and no box will my 1.4 gearbox fit and drive ok with it? also any thoughts on getting my car back on the road with any conversion will be grateful. thanks
also i heard that this is the easiest conversion to do is this true? if so bonus. all my mtes have sccobs and R5 gtt's and are always takin their engines out, so cant be as hard as them surely.

fit in fiesta, will be done in the same day!

if your quick, it can be done in about 3hrs
