Hi,
I need a V band conversion that bolts to the exhaust outlet for a Garret standard T34 (.63) turbo - this has the seal ring and 3 studs for the exhaust flange and exhaust pipe. I think Reyland used to do them.
Cheers,
Scott.

I had one made for mine got a flange laser cut then had a V band half welded to it, I think I have the flange drawing somewhere if you want it.

That's kind of what I had in my head - to use the stock flange clamp and weld a V band to it. The other solution actually replicates this except it's all stainless.
The V band I have has the male / female machining in the mating faces to promote a better seal.
Did you have yours made / adapted or did you buy it as is?
Regards,
Scott.

Do you have the exhaust part of the V band that mates to the adaptor?
Regards,
Scott.
Trying to match the V band surface of that adaptor won't be easy as it looks like the mating face is not flat unlike most v bands. I would definitely want to use the flanges I have as they have the sealing machine work on the mating faces.
