Pug diesel question!
I know its a Pug and not a Ford.....Sorry!
I have bought this 306 diesel turbo. It is to get me to work and back cheaply but I found something out about these cars.....You can up the boost manually! So I have turned the max fuel screw round and turned the screw in the turbo.....It has gone from 12 psi to 17psi which gives her a nice pull......Only thing is on boost she gives out heaps of black smoke now, would this be due to the max fuel screw being wound round to much?!

I am getting around 450 miles to a tank and it cost me £64 to fill up from empty.
Here is a clip I took of my car earlier today......Private road of course although there was some bloody lorry on the private road

I think thats a good price with that millage, considering i've seen them with mega millage go for more than that, i've been looking at these myself as my St24 is a bit heavy on the juice

The tax is not cheap compared to modern diesels though, £215 for a year.
Did you buy it?
