fiesta 1.4 tdci boost question

does anyone know roughly what the standard boost on these should be??

i have just fitted a tuning box and a boost gauge and its reading that its holding 15psi

is this good or bad?!?!

Thats a lot of boost for a tdci no wonder they probably produce so much torque
