my car has one but i don't actually know what it does ?

is it needed or can it be removed can it be ugraded ???

A gimmick on most cars, these are fuel pressure regulators that have a higher rising rate so deliver more fuel under acceleration etc, but if the car has a lambda then it will peg it back to where it's mapped to again!!

How would i know if it has a lambda? sorry i sound so thick dont i lol

 

It's not so much about a higher rate of fuel that makes them appeal, it's that it reaches it's fuel pressure 1.7 times faster than oem regulator. I'm sure it doesn't make any difference in reality....but that's their blurb!

 

Oh right ok i guess i could do abit of investigating and see if by getting a uprated one it'll make my car abit quicker and if it dont then we know its a load of wank then lol i think i need a new one as all the rubbery bits look all perished

 

all i know about them is they have caused a fair few engine fires
