Hi all.i have fitted a mk5 rs2000 engine to a mk2 fiesta.I need help badly with a wiring fault i just cant figure out.Im using the rs2000 loom checked all wiring for continuity and connected all sensor as per the ford wiring diagram.I have no spark and at a loss as to what is causing it, I have checked crank position sensor and im getting 1.8v Ac while cranking.The Edis module and coil packs both have 12v feed.Any ideas i really dont want to leave it in the garage for another summer.!!!cheers evan.

 

Are you using the key, ignition barrell etc from the car the engine and loom came out of, just a thought, EEC-IV is from 92-98 Fords so PATS is likely to be involved.
