Non Starter Help needed S2
So basically ive got an xr3i which ive converted to turbo and am having issued starting her up..had an initiall fuelling problem where pump wasnt priming and sorted that..then had a issue were i was not getting any spark and after alot of time spent on it checking the wires it turned out to be the dizzy..so now i have fuel and spark but its still not turning on..
Im thinking that coz of all the cranking ive done looking for spark ive flooded the chambers as when i took out the plugs which are brand new, they were all wet so ive now left all plugs out for 5 hours..i also had a pool of fuel in the metering unit under the flap which was weird but cleaned that up..so can anyone think of any possibilities..im thinking tow but i dont want to as shes on stands..the firing order is correct 1-3-4-2 anticlockwise and the timing is set so i dno wat problem is..metering unit was from another car so was block so im thinking could there be fueling issue thats not letting it turn on..
Now i dno wat to do im asking from the help of the big mans in the game..

just messed around with the car to see if i could start it but no luck again..i took out one of the injector nuts on the metering head to see if injector was getting fuel..had my mate crank it and no fuel was pushin out but there was a pool in there and my plugs were wet so thats odd..so changed the 2 pin sensor on the side from another M-unit and carnked it again n hey presto it started pushing it out the hole so i def had faulty sensor..but it still wont turn on and im still getting a pool of fuel under the flap..dno what to do now..please help if anyone got ideas..i got another metering unit should i try that ..
