Default vibration

Hi All
Answers please if possible
I have a mondeo 1.8TD 1997 5 door
At around 60-70 MPH I have a distinct wheel vibration even worse when braking,
the vibration is coming from the L/H/Front side, wheels have been balanced.
Also when doing around 65 MPH it feels and sounds like it is missing, as if the fuel is not being being delivered correctly, cannot see any leaks,
Always use injector and fuel cleaner additive, any Ideas please
Thanks in advance

Thank you very much DJVU. Had the wheel off and looked at everything and checked as much as I could cannot find anything, will keep my eye on it , still not sure why it seems to be missing around 60-70 MPH, have changed filter and bled it but still the same.
regards
