for a start you injectors will be too small and the GTI ecu no good for turbo a application thats why its running bad sort them and it should be ok,
Megasquirt is pretty cheap or ask your local tuner what they would recommend as many dont touch MS

engine size is irelevent, its a zetec so all zetec rules apply beit 1800, 2000, or 2100cc. The spec you list is all over the place, wrong management, wrong injectors, wrong turbo, it sounds like a bit of a bitza. What gearbox and clutch are you running? that is the most important thing before cosidering more power, also what fuel pump does it have?
A management change and bigger injectors are definatly on the cards as i would say you will not be making any more than 150bhp on those injectors

Pretty much as the others have said.
Who ever built it has just chucked it together and not researched anything.

agree with chaffe.
Also if i were you i wouldnt drive it until the bits were sorted by the sounds of it you are lucky its still going your ecu wont have a clue and its defiantly gonna run lean so there is a chance you could melt your pistons or do serious damage to something.

when i did my mk5 xr3i 130 (turbo conversion) i ran it on std management for a few days after i had put on the various turbo bits (to prove all was well mechanically befoe putting on MS) Although all atempts were made to drive like a nun on a moped, i did put my foot down a couple of times, it felt VERY flat, and leaned off big style on the AFR gauge, not a good solution to the management required for turbo application, i think the std maff maxes out around 150bhp too.

If i were you i would go and speak to a proffesional tuner as your more than likely gonna have to have a custom management system, as a standard ECU will not be of any use to you what so ever.
