Distributer ....
Hey ... can anyone tell me how much "slip" there is allowed in a Distributer axel ? As it is on mine I can move the axel so that the distributer shaft cam lobes almost hits the phase sensor witch makes it impossible to adjust ?? That cant be good

It's fooked basically, there should be NO play felt let alone seen, it will get worse, it is caused by the top bush sticking to the dizzy shaft and spinning inside the aluminium body.
The bushes are not great, they are made from compacted crushed iron particles, the good news though is there is a cure, this costs Ł35, but will outlast the car, it is to machine true the spindle and fit a oil lite bush, these are self lubing, and will give you zero problems.
This is also what I did to my one, and a few other people's, been perfect, have used this material for years, since seeing a mate use it on his custom made minature steam engines he makes for people as a business.

Any half decent machinist can do this, best people to use are the old retired hobby type people.
Get a local magazine about modelling in minature or similar, this will give you loads of leads, if not at least it will give you club details, then contact the club and ask who could do a small machining job for you, it will only take about about 1/2 hour to do start to finish, it wil be reamed to suit after the plug of oilite is pressed in, you won't be able to even feel any movement, but it will rotate perfectly.
Maybe have a look in GULEX ?.
