Default Petrol leak

Has anyone had a problem with the tank to pump hose leaking fuel? I have just got my saff put back together recently and it leaking petrol out of the two pipes on the tank, the main tank to pump hose and the small return section. At first I thought it might be a blockage and the tank was pressurising, but it leaks exactly the same with the petrol cap removed.

I have bought some new 15mm hose to try, just wondered if anyone has had the same problem in the past??

Old pipe can certainly cause issues like this, but so can old tanks where the pipe stubs crack around them when disturbed.
