oil catch can help
hi chaps again.after further more looking into the engine on my cossie i have noticed it has a baileys motorsport 4 port can installed, the thing is that it has 1 large pipe going to the rocker cover
1 going to the bottom of the engine some where
1 what points to the ground
and another smaller pipe which is unpluged and is not connected to anything, should this be going to anywer on the engine.i no the 1 what is pointing down is the atmosphere pipe.
all help is much apreciated
thanks again

If it drains to the block on the turbo side then it acts as a breather also, drain is best under oil level.
There should be one large pipe inside that goes nearly all the way in to nearly touch the underside of the lid of the breather, this is your atmo pipe.
Can make a vastly more effective one for around Ł10.

cossie fan (unluckerly)
if it has 4 ports then one gos to the block turbo side one gos just under the inlet manifold one gos to the rocker cover and one gos to a catch tank to catch the oil / condensation vapour so it dosent stay in your engine
