It won't run rich with the bigger pump because the fuel pressure regulator will keep the fuel pressure the same. So it's a zetec inlet manifold and injectors? What ecu is it running? Is it still air mass sensing, if so what sensor have you used and where is it in relation to the turbo? Cheers

try moving the air mass sensor about a foot or more away from the turbo, ive had a similar problem before with a car not idling with the air flow meter soo close. must be a cvh inlet manifold if you have got end feed injectors from a c20let? did you use an adaptor plate for your ehaust manifold or have you got a stainless manifold just out of interest.

i tapped the head on my first zetec turbo and it leaked a bit mate! yours ok though? on my next one i made a plate the same as ferriday supply (was too tight to buy one and i work in a machine shop!) esc rs turbo manifold is good and tough though.
